Dear All

Please find below, our newsletter for this period. The year is fast coming to an end as we look forward to some “down time”!

Its been a while since my last letter – where did the year go to!  Some relevant and interesting articles for your December reading.

My overall message at year end, is to say with confidence, that after two full years, the Finsolve Team is starting to click and the office is humming with efficiency which we trust you will appreciate and feel in your dealings with us.

We will be conducting a client satisfaction survey in December and look forward to your feedback.

The 2017 tax season is in full swing, and the final deadline, ie end January 2018 is around the corner. Then immediately thereafter, the February provisional tax deadline for 2018 is upon us!  The tax team are working around the clock to ensure we not only file your tax returns on time, but ensure we claim all tax deductions available to you.

The 2017 Annual Financial Statements season is likewise also winding down, as we have completed most clients AFS – our AFS team have gotten into a nice rhythm and we expect to get these out much quicker in 2018, with the support of our bookkeeping department who produce at a quicker rate than ever before, the monthly management reports. I attach an article I wrote some years back on profits versus cash flow – it’s a question that keeps popping up – please read through the document.

Having launched our new tax software in March, we are now busy with the build to interface our software with SARS e-filing to offer greater seamless tax filing for our software clients. This is a huge development for Taxbox, and we look forward to announcing this “go- live” date shortly.

We have launched webinar training sessions, which are proving very popular – check out our website for more details and ensure you sat current with vat, credit collection and many other topics.
